Arrival on your own and welcome at La Rocca of Valle di Castrignano, late medieval undamaged building, dating back between the end of the XIV and beginning of the XV century, is flanked by constructions built until the mid-eighteenth century.
The complex is safeguarded by the State since 2010, it is perfectly included in the surrounding landscape that is part of the “Mount Bosso and Sporno Protected Area” since 1985 and the MAB Reserve UNESCO “Appennino Tosco-Emiliano”, established in 2015.

The stay proposal of 1 night includes – on the second day – an unforgettable visit to the family dairy where an excellent Parmigiano-Reggiano is produced by a controlled supply chain: fodder – cows – milk.
The visit will end with a tasting of different ages inside the Rocca or in the garden (according to the weather), paired with a great local wine, stressless and with no time limit.
The stay proposal of 2 nights includes – on the second and the third day - in addition to what described above, a private tour of the wonderful Castle of Torrechiara.
It is at a short distance and it is strictly connected historically at the place where you will have the pleasure to live for some days.

• From 7 days to 3 days before the tour starting date: 50% penalty;
• 48 hours' notice: 70% penalty;
