Practising Yoga means educating the body to listen in order to improve posture, to make it strong and flexible while also optimising sports performance. Breathing techniques teach how to manage and overcome accumulated stress, offering new oxygen to the brain, thus improving concentration and mental balance. The lessons aim to offer tools to regain full self-awareness in everyday life, discovering that limits are often only those of the mind.
Group and individual lessons are held, targeted to the needs of the individual. The teacher will be Claudia Fontanesi - Hatha Yoga teacher.
