From September 4 to 6, 2026, Langhirano will host the Prosciutto Festival, a major celebration offering visitors the chance to learn about and taste Prosciutto di Parma while appreciating the cultural and natural beauty of its region of origin.
The schedule is packed with events centered on gastronomy, entertainment, and culture. Among the main highlights is “Finestre aperte” (Open Windows), during which producers will open the doors of their prosciutto factories to guide visitors on a journey to discover the secrets of the production process while taking in the aromas of the “cathedrals of Parma Ham.”
