The famous table – the first of its kind in a successful model later replicated by other Italian cities – is scheduled for Tuesday, September 9 in the heart of the city. Guest chef for this sixth edition will be the 3 Michelin Star Giancarlo Perbellini of Casa Perbellini 12 Apostoli in Verona.
The format is now consolidated: the table of about 400 meters will wind under the starry sky of Piazza Garibaldi and Strada della Repubblica, with 1,000 guests who will be able to taste the excellence of the territory. Among these, all the products of the 6 supply chains of the Foundation will be protagonists, enclosed through the Parma Food Valley brand: Parmigiano Reggiano, Prosciutto di Parma, pasta (Barilla), tomato (Mutti and Rodolfi), milk (Parmalat) and anchovies, with Delicius, Rizzoli Emanuelli and Zarotti.
