Cognitive journey of the entire production chain at Torre Fornello winery , from the vine to the final product (wine), in four moments:

1st phase: historical background from the origins of Torre Fornello to the relevant production area

2nd phase: visit to the winery's vineyards with a presentation and explanation of the main pruning, training and vine cultivation systems designed to obtain quality grapes while respecting the environment and human health.

3rd phase: visit to the processing cellars with an explanation of the main wine-making systems: white grape vinification, red grape vinification, sparkling wine processing, still wine processing for long ageing. Visit to the ageing cellars dating back to 1400/1600.

4th phase: Guided tasting of the different products:

  • Tocco Divino path (duration 1h and 30 minutes): 2 wines to choose from the wide range of 24 different wines, accompanied by breadsticks and crostini - 25.00 € per person.
  • Taste path (duration 2 hours): 3 wines to choose from a wide range of 24 different wines, accompanied by: assorted Piacenza cured meats (coppa piacentina, salami, pancetta) and homemade bread - 35.00 € per person.
  • Winemaker tour with the producer (duration 2 hours and 30 minutes): 5 wines to choose from the wide range of 24 different wines, accompanied by assorted Piacenza cured meats (coppa piacentina, salami, pancetta), homemade bread and parmesan cheese - 55.00 € per person.
  • Luxury tour with the producer (duration 2 hours and 30 minutes): 4 wines to choose from a wide range of 24 different wines, accompanied by assorted Piacenza cured meats (coppa piacentina, salami, pancetta), homemade bread, small gourmet tastings specially created with seasonal products by the ‘Michelin Star’ chef Isa Mazzocchi of Ristorante la Palta - 80.00 € per person.
