Each meeting focuses on a different theme: four ‘pleasures’ linked to the world of wine. All curated by Paolo Tegoni, professional oenogastronomer and lecturer at the University of Parma. During the evenings... In the goblet: Monte delle Vigne and more... tasting wines from all over Europe, with a focus on origins, processing methods and tasting notes. On the plate: excellences from different regions, selected to best enhance the organoleptic characteristics of the paired wines.
