Prawn Night – Thursday 9 July from 8.30 pm
A refined culinary journey dedicated to some of the finest Mediterranean prawns and shrimp, designed to showcase elegance, freshness, and depth of flavor.

The experience begins with purple prawn tartare, black Venus rice, garden vegetables, and turmeric mayonnaise, offering a delicate and vibrant opening. Pan-seared king prawns are paired with a silky Champagne cream and crispy culatello crumble, creating a harmonious balance of richness and savoriness. Acquerello risotto with prawns and their bisque is enhanced with basil, stracciatella cheese, and citrus zest for a complex and aromatic palate. Red prawn ravioli, served with confit cherry tomatoes and black sesame seeds, combine sweetness, freshness, and refined texture. The main course features Imperial prawns flambéed with Gin Mare, expressing the unmistakable aromas of the Mediterranean. Mixed salad leaves and toasted seeds add lightness and a pleasant crunch to the dish. A coconut cheesecake with pineapple gel provides a refreshing and exotic finale. Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy carefully selected wine pairings, including Prosecco 31 Line and Kelby Catarratto, chosen to complement every course.

Seafood Evenings – Thursday 23, Friday 24 and Saturday 25 July 2026 from 8.30 pm
A refined culinary journey celebrating the sea through authentic flavors, premium ingredients, and elegant preparations.

The cuttlefish salad with green beans and cherry tomatoes glazed with Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena opens the experience with freshness and balance. Crispy battered cod, served with sweet and sour Tropea onions, combines delicate flavors with a satisfying crunch. The seafood risotto captures the richness and intensity of the finest Mediterranean specialties. Sea bream ravioli, accompanied by Piennolo tomatoes and olive soil, offer elegance and remarkable depth of flavor. Swordfish skewers with zucchini, mint, and taralli breadcrumbs express the vibrant aromas of Southern Italian cuisine. Prawns coated in a pistachio crust complete the savory course with a delightful combination of texture and flavor. An almond and citrus semifreddo provides a refreshing and harmonious finale. Throughout the evening, Blanc de Blancs Brut Borgo Estense and Organic Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi will accompany each course, enhancing its aromas and character.
