Day 1 - Parma Gourmet Tour
- 10:00 a.m. meet your English-speaking guide in the historic center of Parma for a fascinating walking tour that combines the city's rich food culture with its iconic sights. Start from Piazza Duomo, the spiritual heart of Parma, visit the interior of the Cathedral, a Romanesque gem featuring Correggio's fresco of the Assumption of the Vergin - a masterpiece of illusionistic art. Admire the exterior of the pink Verona marble Baptistery, a transition between Romanescque and Gothic, adorned with sculptures by Benedetto Antelami. From there, stroll through lively alleys, noble palaces, and artisan boutiques, while your guide shares local anecdotes and culinary traditions.

Day 2 - Full-day E-Bike Tour through the Piacenza hills

- 10:00 a.m. meet your guide at the e-bike rental point, located about 40 km from Parma (transfer by your own minivan with driver). After a brief introduction, pick up your high-performance e-bikes with comfortable seat and puncture-resistant tires.
- 10.30 a.m. first stop at a Vin Santo winery. Learn about the history and production techniques of this renowned dessert wine, followed by a tasting. Distance: 5 km | Duration: 1 hour | some uphill terrain.
- 11:30 a.m. continue toward Vigoleno, one of Italy's best-preserved medieval villages. Enjoy a guided tour of the cobbled streets, impressive castle, and romanesque church. Distance: 10 km | Elevation: 200 m.
- 12:30 p.m. free time for lunch in the village square (reservation recommended). A pre-booked lunch can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
- 2:00 p.m. ride on to a local Salumificio, a producer of Pancetta Piacentina and Coppa Piacentina DOP. Distance: 8 km. | Downhill and rolling route.
- 3:00 p.m. guided tour of the curing facility and tasting of local cured meats. Duration: 1 hour.
- 4:00 p.m. arrive in Castell'Arquato, a hilltop medieval town. Enjoy a guided introduction to the Collegiata, Visconti Fortress, and scenic square. Distance: 7 km | Elevation: 150 m.
- Return e-bikes and enjoy some free time in the village.
- 5:00 p.m. return to the starting winery by minivan. End the day with a tasting of three local wines accompanied by traditional cured meats and regional products, plus a cellar tour explaining local winemaking techniques.
