Museo del Prosciutto di Parma

Located in the historical Langhirano Center, the exhibition is divided in eight sections: from the description of parmesan agricolture, different pig races used for ham production, salt as important conservative ingredient, arriving to the tools utilized to process the pig meat.

The visit ends with the Prosciutto di Parma Consortium work description, that guarantees the Parma Ham quality in the world.
