Our classes are designed for solo travelers, couples, friends and families with kids - for group inquiries, feel free to get in touch - and aim to bring people together for a meal or for the rest of their lives.

You’ll learn how to turn fresh, simple ingredients into some of Parma’s most beloved dishes—while discovering the traditions that make Parma a UNESCO City of Gastronomy.
Each class highlights:
Healthy, traditional recipes using just 3 to 5 seasonal ingredients.
Tips on selecting top-quality local products like Parmigiano Reggiano and Prosciutto di Parma.
The class ends with a relaxed sit-down meal, where you enjoy the food you’ve made together.
