River fish and ancestral wines from the collaboration with the old restaurant Piacenza for a very special evening of taste and tradition. A selection of almonds, frogs and marinated trout will be accompanied by our ancestral wines stirred to the right point, discovering the ancient and authentic flavors of Piacenza cuisine.
