The idea of creating a festival dedicated to Ezio Bosso and his music developed and took shape following the Concert for Ezio Bosso dated October 3-4, 2020, at the Teatro Sociale in Gualtieri, where Relja Lukic performed the Suite for Cello Solo, Variations on a Smile, composed for him by Bosso.
The process that led to the organization of the Concert for Ezio Bosso saw the development of shared goals and sensibilities among Annamaria Gallizio, Relja Lukic, Goffredo Gibellini, Rita Conti, and Riccardo Paterlini. This shared vision culminated in the idea of setting off Ezio Bosso's music through concerts and events reflecting Ezio Bosso's thought and spirit.
