The important aeronautical event Fly and Fun takes place for the 2025 edition at San Damiano airport in the municipality of San Giorgio Piacentino from July 18 to 20, after several editions at Pavullo nel Frignano(MO) airport.
The event that promotes the enhancement of skills, traditions and passion for flight-related disciplines, inviting the general public to approach them.
During the three-day event, activities range from the Fly-in, a time for pilots to celebrate and meet, with flying and socializing; to the Fiera aeronautica dinamica (Dynamic Aviation Fair), which features static displays and flight demonstrations. In this area, visitors can try out the exhibited aircraft directly in the air. An in-depth moment finds space at the Meeting point where conferences and debates led by experts, professionals and institutions are held. Finally, there is a section dedicated to children, Piloti del futuro (Pilots of the Future) with fun activities and workshops to bring them closer to the world of flight.
Thanks to aeronautics, the following are present at the fair: aircraft in static and mock-up/cockpit display, playful simulators, laser game and playful metal detector, oculus virtual reality visors publishing booth and a demonstration engine with technical staff available for explanations to the public.
