The events dedicated to the last day of the Christmas festivities are renewed in the villages of the province and in the city of Piacenza.
The Befana (kindly old witch) is up to all sorts of things: she stands tall and monstrous to give sweets to the bravest children, she proposes a motorbike ride through the streets of the city, brings sweets, enjoys choirs and dispenses prizes in the hills, and closes the festivities with a bonfire in the magical village of Grazzano Visconti.
