An all-day journey through time at the Neolithic village of Travo, with the Preistorica(Prehistoric event), Sunday, June 1, 2025 at the Neolithic Village, of Travo
The village comes alive with the activities that were practiced in prehistoric times: bow making, stone chipping, deer antler work, loom weaving, pot shaping, food preparation, for example. The day's program will include workshops on simulated archaeological excavation, clay working, prehistoric art, loom weaving, prehistoric jewelry and archery.
There will also be a number of demonstrations throughout the day, from stone chipping to fire lighting and the use of stones in cooking. There will also be some traditional guided tours.
It will also be possible to have lunch at the park!
