• 60-minute Couple Massage to start relaxing the body inside the Himalayan Salt Room or outdoors in the Zen Garden
• 15-minute guided meditation for relaxation of the mind
• 4-course tasting dinner with seasonal local produce for a healthy, light yet tasty diet
• Overnight stay in a spa suite with private sauna and jacuzzi, with a large bed equipped with a mattress for maximum rest, a choice of pillows and natural fibre sheets.

Possibility of extra activities, upon reservation, including walking(1h), yoga(1h), forest bathing(2h), dynamic meditation(1h).
