Discover with us the magic of the harvest: a journey that begins among the vineyard rows, where the grapes are handpicked, and continues in the cellar with the first pressings and the intense aromas released from the fermentation tanks. We will then visit the bottles of Metodo Classico aging on the lees and the barrels in our barrique cellar, concluding with a tasting of our wines paired with a platter of cured meats and Parmigiano Reggiano.
