PARMA
- National fair of Porcino mushroom of Albareto: on October 3, 4, 5, 2025 the gastronomic event celebrates the porcino mushroom, a prized product of the local undergrowth.
- Gravel Gourmet: 4 - 5 October 2025, the cycling event for foodies returns with new routes and new gourmet experiences along the valleys around Parma.
- Tortél dòls Grand Gala: October 11 and 12, 2025, the Colorno Tortél dòls Grand Gala will celebrate the quintessential first course from the Parma lowlands, prepared according to the Confraternity's ancient traditional recipe.
- Parma Marathon: 19 October 2025, ‘Run your story’.
PIACENZA
- Garlic Fair in Monticelli d'Ongina: 3 - 5 October 2025 an autumn event promoting the region's flagship product, white garlic.
- Castelli Young: 14 September - 19 October 2025, four proposals offering experiences during guided tours of the manors.
- The Fruits of the Castle: on 11 and 12 October, Paderna Castle will host an exhibition and market dedicated to flowers, plants and fruits of yesteryear, as well as handcrafted items.
- Provincial truffle and forest products fair: 19 October 2025, a fair dedicated to truffles in Pecorara, in the Upper Tidone Valley.
- Antichi Organi: from 7 September to 25 October, the 38th edition of the festival will be held in the province of Piacenza. A festival dedicated to an ancient musical instrument, with an eye always on the future.
- International Organ Week: from 7 September to 26 October, a series of concerts celebrating the organs found in the city's churches.
REGGIO EMILIA
- 11th World Mushroom Championship: 11 and 12 October, organised in Cerreto Laghi, in the municipality of Ventasso, by the Tuscan-Emilian Apennine National Park and the Briganti del Cerreto.
- 37th Cavola Truffle Festival: Sunday 9 November and Sunday 16 November 2025, in Cavola in the municipality of Toano.
- 34th Viano Truffle Fair: Sunday 9 and Sunday 16 November 2025 in Viano, the truffle town in the Reggio Apennines.
- Festival Aperto: from 27 September to 22 November 2025, a theatre and music festival featuring concerts, operas, performances, choreography, installations, shows and multimedia.
