The tour starts with a natural baking course inside a farm immersed in the green of the Reggio Emilia province to discover the pleasure of working the flour and the yeast base with your own hands. And after a bit of effort and patience… a good BIO lunch! In the afternoon, sommelier course to recognize and taste the colored notes of Colli di Parma wines. Overnight stay in hotel in the first Parma hills.
Morning pastry course in a restaurant in the first Parma hills to learn the chemistry secrets that rise sweets and delight our taste. Then lunch in a restaurant and in the afternoon visit to the Varano castle, focal point of trade routes between Emilia and Tuscany.
