Plunged in the magical atmosphere of Piacenza Hills, you will stay in an organic farmhouse finely restored to offer a unique atmosphere.
Discover the wine varieties of Piacenza Hills in an historic winery.
You will walk in the vineyards and taste 4 different kind of typical wines from this area guided by the cellar manager.
Follow the hands-on cooking class with the farmhouse owner who will teach you the most authentic recipes, how to recognize all the different types of flour, how to knead, cut, roll and fill fresh pasta.
You will enjoy the course and have dinner at the end of it to taste the fruit of your hard work and experience the delicious preparations.
After a traditional breakfast with freshly baked bread, whole fruit country-style preserves, cake, pastries, coffee, tea and freshly squeezed juice you will visit to one of the most ancient and fascinating castles in the Duchy of Parma and Piacenza, famous for its architecture and dominant position.
You will enjoy the visit to this eminent noble residence, surrounded by a magnificent park.
Have lunch in a typical restaurant immersed in the medieval Duchy landscape, where you will enjoy the traditional dishes of Emilia.
