At the gates of Parma City, there is Du Matt Restaurant, born from the passion and pleasure of Mariano and Maura (i du matt - the two crazy people) about food and wine.
Thanks to them born the perfect match between culinary and enological parmesan traditions: the menù has inside the typical recipes, with some modern and innovative dishes. The protagonists are the fresh filled pasta and the meat cooked in different traditional ways.
The wine cellar is cured by the Sommelier and it has around 1500 bottles between Italian and French labels, following the philosophy to choose the hight quality and the little productive companies.
The restaurant is suggested for informal dinners, but also for business meetings, with a dedicated room and one room for cooking classes.
