Located in Ziano Piacentino, with a long history behind.
In 1990 they restructured the ancient village and here they added the production wine cellar with the most developed enological tools for wine making, improving and preserving wines, without adding chemical products and respecting the raw material (grape).
The first grape harvest with Torre Fornello brand was in 1998.
All the wines are produced by grapes from own vineyards, cultivated with organic farming.
In the 61 hectare, the principal local grapes are cultivated, like: Barbera, Bonarda, Aromatic Candia's Malvasia and Ortrugo; but also international grapes like: Marsanne, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir.
For this grapes, derive white and red, sparkling and still, AOC and IGT wines, with personality and uniqueness.
