The Farm is placed in the Natural Park Carrega Forest, very close to Parma City.

The PDO Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese is produced by an artisanal and traditional way, in a short chain: fodder, milk and cheese are transformed every time in the same organization.

The intense flavor is obtained by wild herbs, for example the fodder for animals.
