Located near River Po, close to Ducal Palace of Colorno, the Cadassa Farmhouse and its Al Vèdel Restaurant have been raised since 1780. With centuries of history behind, love and respect for tradition, the quality and the research for the local typical production have remained posted. Still today the restaurant accommodates its guest in a familiar atmosphere.
The menù is strictly seasonal, composed by raw regional and local materials: PDO Culatello di Zibello, with typical home-made cured meat, river Po fishes and flavors from the Apennine, revisited in a contemporary way.
There is a wide cheeses offer and a wine list composed by 1.5000 labels, local and international.
