We are a small organic farmhouse with restaurant activities. With the help of our chefs we try to combine traditional cuisine with our productions and everything that the surrounding nature offers us. We are on the hills at 350 mt of height. The podere is about 35 minutes by car from Parma and Reggio Emilia.
The agricultural activity is focused as much as possible on the protection of biodiversity. In particular we grow ancient grains and we are committed to breeding of forgotten animal breeds. We produce flours, jams, preserves, etc. . There is a point of sale for the direct sale of our products.
Our structure is equipped to host small events.
We offer a very experiential activity program in which you can dive for a day in the life of the farm. In addition we organize excursions on foot or by ebike to discover the valley. We offer cooking classes in which you can learn how to prepare traditional or more creative dishes. In this courses we starting from the collection of ingredients in the garden.
We hope to be able to share with our guests the love for nature and respect for the earth.
