The milk is collected exclusively in the family-run farms located within 10 km from the two dairies of Fidenza and Zibello, in the heart of the PDO area of Parmigiano Reggiano and the Food Valley.
We believe in tradition because the ingredients are and always will be the same: milk, rennet, salt and without the use of preservatives or other additives.
