The Farm is placed in the Natural Park Carrega Forest, very close to Parma City.
The PDO Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese is produced by an artisanal and traditional way, in a short chain: fodder, milk and cheese are transformed every time in the same organization.
Thanks to the processing of united milks (Bruna alpina and Frisona Italiana), the product obtained is a cheese with a sweet and aromatic taste with a particular predisposition to long maturing.
Guided tours and tastings with the possibility of purchasing the products are available upon reservation.
