Monte delle Vigne, with its 60 hectares of vineyards in the heart of the Colli di Parma DOC area, has for years been the most dynamic oenological project in our area.
The Via Francigena, which in medieval times led pilgrims from Canterbury to Rome, acts as a watershed between the vineyards lying on the best slopes of our hills and, right in the middle of the vineyards, it is placed the suggestive underground cellar, perfectly integrated into the surrounding environment and designed to obtain the best
quality results from what nature can offer.
The cultivation of typical vines such as Malvasia, Lambrusco, Bonarda and Barbera, which find their perfect expression thanks to our terroir, is flanked by other
international vines such as Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Chardonnay and Sauvignon.
From 2017 the winery will produce 3 organic products and from the 2020 harvest the company will be entirely organic.
