Our origins are strictly linked with our ancient knowledge treasure through centuries with love and passion: a tradition that is art and heritage of a specific culture. This tradition was passed from generation to generation as a family secret or a mysterious legacy and kept as a treasure in the warm garrets handing down the process of producing the old vinegar.
Such a love and devotion to family memories influences our firm, which keeps alive the passion for Balsamico il Principe Nero and Aromatic Vinegar that our ancestors hare handed down through generations since 1700. Our company is located in the National Park of the Appennino Tosco Emiliano, now also Unesco MaB Biosphere Reserve.
We are local producers of Terra Madre Network of Emilia Romagna ( Region of Italy). Our vinegars re made without colouring or food preservative. We are signaled on various guides to the excellences of Italian typical food among which "Buon Paese 2010” of Slow Food publisher and « Golagustando » 2009-2015, «Fare la Spesa con Slow Food»Slow Food Editore 2015 and «il Golosario » by Paolo Massobrio, 2019-2020.
