Autumn is the ideal time for quiet, peaceful moments. It is the time when temperatures are still mild, the air is fresh and crisp, the river is crystal clear and the sky is clear. To enjoy all this, we are waiting for you on board the splendid Stradivari Motorboat, at Boretto in the Bassa Reggiana with 8 new appointments under the banner of the environment and good food to welcome autumn, through mini-cruises by boat. The navigation will be accompanied by the impassioned commentary of our brilliant Captain, a historic river man. Sailing in the Bassa Reggiana, we cross a portion of the river with very special characteristics. We will sail back in time to places suspended between the past and the present, among blue skies, crisp air, poplars reflected in the water, a few lonely boats and a few patient fishermen.
PROGRAMME
12:30 p.m.: boarding on Motonave Stradivari in Boretto RE (Via Argine Cisa). Navigation and lunch on board.
3:30 pm: return to the boarding dock.

Antipasto Reggiano (traditional Emilian PDO cold cuts, Erbazzone Reggiano cheese)
Cappelletti in broth and Risotto with pumpkin taleggio cheese and drops of balsamic vinegar
Homemade Cotechino accompanied by mashed potatoes

Water, 1/4 carafe DOC wine
