Lido di Po of Guastalla and Gualtieri (Reggio Emilia)
Georgica is an exhibition that since 2013 celebrates natural and rural life. It takes place every 3rd weekend of April on the banks of the River Po: the festival unfolds from Guastalla to Gualtieri following the paved bike path, which crosses pristine shores and the beautiful environment typical of the “golena” surroundings. You will have the opportunity to enjoy a walk along the the River among flowers, food and plants, which each stand offers.
Visitors can find high quality produce; old animal breeds, art expositions, cultural meetings and conferences, talks of experts. Georgica also welcomes children thanks to its various ateliers and activities.

The project has the objective of making known Colorno and its territory, promoting environmental and cultural tourism, in order to satisfy the most demanding users; spread knowledge and love for green, thanks to the valorisation of the Park of the Ducal Palace of Colorno, which will host the best Italian and international flower nurseries, with themed botanical arrangements and didactic experiences to look at nature in various aspects: courses and activities to learn the fascinating art of foraging, artistic workshops and collective exhibition of contemporary artists with botanical and flower nursery subjects. Villa Pallavicino of Busseto (Parma)
The festival of gardens, vegetable gardens, fruits, music, arts and fine food is also an exhibition dedicated to the plant world, where it is possible to find precious botanic rarities, quality craftsmanship, among events, concerts and workshops.
From 10am of Saturday 18th and from 9am of Sunday 19th May until sunset, it will be possible to wonder through stands with plants, seeds, flowers from whole Italy, in addition to refreshment points and food and wine delicacy.
The exhibition is organized by the cultural organization Ortocolto, that wants to promote its ardours and poetic territory, in order to create a society dominated by a culture that respects more the environment of the cultural origins of everyone, with the motto “the sustainable levity of being”.
Therefore, Ortocolto becomes an opportunity of meeting and culture, among music and moments of sharing.

Market show of flowers, craftsmanship and design. Occasionally open for guided tours, the historic residence is at this point the recognisable symbol of the floral event that expands its interest to decorative, fruit, aromatic and horticultural plants
To enrich the program, there will also be selected expositors craftsmanship objects and garden items and a cultural selection entrusted to art exhibitions and conferences regarding each single aspect of the greenery.
