Balsamic Days: events to discover the Reggio Emilia masterpiece.
The Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia PDO, with its millenary history, a lengthy production process made perfect by the passing of generations, from parent to child, rich in taste, extraordinary at the table... unique in the world... it will be the star of many events in its place of origin: Reggio Emilia.

Saturday 20 and Sunday 16 April 2023: open vinegar lofts.
Saturday 21 April 2023 at 9: Enogastronomic debate "The Reggiano Aperitif with local products"
Sunday 21 April 2023 at 9:30: guided tasting for beginners at the San Pietro Cloisters in Reggio Emilia (by reservation, subject to availability).
Sunday 21 April 2023 at 13:00: lunch focused on the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia PDO at the San Pietro Cloisters in Reggio Emilia (by reservation, subject to availability).
